Skills:
Always Keep Lichborne up by reducing cooldown through Death Strike. Always use Death and Decay for the haste. Death Strike as many times as you can. Quick tip is to create a macro with Death Strike, Lichborne and Vampiric Blood altogether.

For AOE damage, just cast chains of ice and unbreakable cuffs and chains of anguish will do the trick. Clears Floor 17 maybe 2 mins.

Avoid unnecessary powers like improves jump, movement speed and the like. If you are Necrolord, getting the extension of Abomination Limb per rune spent is also helpful.

Try to get high haste / crit - sometimes you can get Lens of Elchaver which can be very powerful as well.
