In November 2010, Randy Orton retained his WWE Title against Wade Barrett. The Miz came out and cashed in his briefcase. Randy hit Miz with the Scoop Powerslam, went for the RKO, Miz countered him, hit him with the Skull Crushing Finale and pinned him to win the WWE Title. At Raw 1000, in July 2012, The Miz faced Christian for the Intercontinental Title. Christian went for the Killswitch, Miz pushed him in to the turnbuckle and went for the finish. Christian countered him, went for the finish, Miz countered him again and Christian countered the counter. He landed awkwardly and Miz hit him with the Skull Crushing Finale to pin him and to become a Grand Slam Champion.
