This Kothamalli Chutney (also known as Coriander Coconut Chutney, Green Chutney, or Cilantro Chutney) is an ideal side dish for Idli, Dosa, Uttapam, and Kozhukattai.

For added flavor, I’ve included garlic in this version, but you can also substitute it with ginger for a different taste.
