You can make a delicious meat stew/ caldo de res in the instant pot so easy and so good!

CALDO DE RES /BEEF STEW WITH VEGETABLES

Meat:

Bone for meat stew
cross rib roast
Beef chuck roast
Beef chunk with bone or you can buy it with no bone

I used 4-5 lbs total of meat (combine)

1/2 onion (white)
3-4 garlic cloves
1 chayote squash (small)
green beans
cilantro to taste
green onion 3-4 pieces
carrots 3 (medium size)
1/2 green cabbage (small size)
1 corn cut into 3 pieces
potato (optional)
1-2 Tbsp knob beef flavor bouillon
salt to taste

Use the meat button for 35 mins.
