With a little over a week left for the Karnataka Assembly elections, the political scenario has gotten intense. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) released its election manifesto. BJP chief JP Nadda unveiled the manifesto in the presence of Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai and party veteran BS Yeddyurappa at 11 am at the party headquarters in Bengaluru today. Meanwhile, soon after Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's remarks about verbal abuse during a poll rally in Karnataka's Bagalkote on Sunday, #CryPMPayCM started trending on Twitter. Several major political leaders are slated to address rallies across the poll-bound state on Monday.
