Kirby's Pseudo-Ledgedash? Lagless Ledge Getup Tutorial

Today I will be going over one of the more difficult techs out there, Kirby's Lagless Ledge Getup. It's a frame perfect tech that can be pretty frustrating, but I will be going over the inputs, how to practice, and if I think it is a viable tech or not. In practice it's similar to ledgedashing in melee, but a bit less rewarding
