On the 23rd of August, we held the Official Groundbreaking Ceremony at The Hills Luxury Lifestyle Estate, with the honour of having His Excellency, The President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Cde. Dr. E.D. Mnangagwa officiate the event for our luxury residential golf estate as Sunshine Developments a partnership with the City of Harare.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our esteemed guests, partners, and stakeholders who made this day possible and for their belief in our vision and the immense potential of this project.
