Coriander seeds 3tbsp (sabut dhaniya)
Mace nutmeg powder 1/2 (jaiphal javaitri)
Fennel seeds 2 tbsp (saunf)
Cumin seeds 2 tbsp (zeera)
Grind all ingredients
Ready Mandi Masala

Onion 🧅 1 darmiyana size
4 Green chilli
Green chilli paste 6 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp (adrak)
Garlic 1 tbsp (lehsan)
2 cups oil
Beef 2 kg
Sabut Garlic 15-20
Dried lemon 2
18 cups water for Beef Stock
Arabic Mandi masala 4 tbsp
Salt 4 tbsp (namak)
1 cup oil
1 piyaz
Bey leaves 2(tej patta)
cinnamon stick 1 (dalchini)
1/2 termaric (haldi)
Yellow food colour
