অন্তর্বর্তী সরকারের অধীনেই স্থানীয় সরকার নির্বাচন চান জনপ্রতিনিধিরা। জাতীয় নির্বাচনের আগেই স্থানীয় সরকারের ভোট করার পক্ষে মত দিয়েছেন তারা। এক্ষেত্রে দলীয় প্রতীক না রাখারও দাবি তাদের। সকালে রাজধানীতে নির্বাচন ব্যবস্থা সংস্কার কমিশনের সঙ্গে বৈঠকে এসব প্রস্তাব দেন স্থানীয় প্রতিনিধিরা।
People's representatives want local government elections under the interim government. They have voted in favor of voting for local government before the national elections. They also demand not to keep the party symbol in this case. The local representatives made these proposals in the meeting with the Electoral System Reform Commission in the capital in the morning.
