The production of the SQ Squiers started just a little later than the much sought after JVs. The design is obviously based on 70's Fender strats. This one has a whole lot of bottom, wow! A little harsh on the bridge, but rolling off tone helps (I made connection from the tone control of the middle PU to the bridge PU). It's a keeper, for sure. Played through a 1976 Fender Champ, channel 1: V2, T6, B5.
