Fourth and final part of the Delta Halo Suite track of the Halo 2 Soundtrack.

This track plays during the ending cutscene of the level Regret where you narrowly avoid being vaporized by a Covenant glassing beam, only to be captured by the Gravemind. It is an orchestral version of Heavy Price Paid.

Its name is a direct reference to Dust and Echoes from the Halo Combat Evolved Soundtrack.
