Lab Hours is a short video I created to show the kind of work I do and highlight recent projects from my studio. I shot all the footage myself using my iPhone, GoPro 9, and Canon M50 Mark II with a 50mm EF lens and a 10-22mm wide-angle lens. Most of the shots use natural light, and a few scenes were lit with the fluorescent lights in my studio. Everything was filmed on a tripod or handheld.

The video focuses on my studio process. Large-scale paintings, graffiti, paintbrush work, spray paint, markers, and screen printing. Some of the pieces shown were made for clients, and some were made as part of my art classes at SJSU. Everything comes from the same place, which is the energy and experimentation that happens inside my studio. That is where the name Lab Hours comes from. The studio is my lab, and it is where I show up to create, explore, and push my work forward.
