Live: Cricut Tutorial - How to Create a Design and Layer Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl

It's been a while since I was live and sharing a tutorial using my Cricut; and since there's no time like the present...here we are. I am demonstrating the process of creating the file that is displayed in the thumbnail and how to layer glitter htv.
