Amazon Kindle: Wont Charge? Stuck on Battery Icon w/ Exclamation Mark? FIXED!

If you have an Amazon Kindle where it is stuck on the battery sign with an exclamation mark inside of it then i give you several solutions to get the Kindle to boot up.
