BENEFICIARY (FOREIGN FIANCE):
1. DS-160 confirmation page
2. Valid passport
3. MRV slip
4. PSA birth certificate
5. PSA birth certificate of children (if applicable)
6. PSA Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)
7. Divorce decree / Annulment order / Death certificate of prior spouse (if applicable)
8. NBI clearance
9. Police clearance (if you lived in other country for more than 6 months)
10. Interview appointment confirmation letter
11. SLEC medical result
12. 2x2 passport style photos (3 copies)
13. Passport bio page photocopy
14. Updated Letter of Intent to Marry
15. Copy of legal name change (if applicable)

PETITIONER (U.S. CITIZEN)
1. U.S. valid passport
2. Birth certificate
3. Birth certificate of children (if applicable)
4. Certificate of Naturalization/Citizenship (if applicable)
5. Divorce decree / Annulment order / Death certificate of prior spouse (if applicable)
6. Copy of NOA 1
7. Copy of NOA 2
