Oscar winning director Alfonso Cuaron's latest film ROMA is receiving critical acclaim across the globe. Currently - the film which can be seen on NETFLIX has also been shown on the big screen.
It's a love letter to Cuaron's childhood and his beloved Nanny. Set in Mexico City in the early 1970s, it is a living scrapbook of the writer/director’s own youth – a meticulous recreation of the eponymous neighbourhood as it once looked.
Bonnie Laufer Krebs @movi_boni spoke with Curaron via satellite from Los Angeles to discuss his most personal film to date.
