This short-term intervention is designed to help you make sense of your difficulties by bringing together your challenges, strengths, and coping strategies in a compassionate and structured way.

Through a collaborative process, we explore how early life experiences, relationships, trauma, health, and social factors may be influencing your current wellbeing. The formulation looks at patterns, themes, and the impact these have on your relationship with yourself and others.

It offers a chance—perhaps for the first time—to reflect on your experiences with the support of a trained professional. Putting your thoughts and feelings into words can offer clarity, emotional relief, and deeper understanding.

By the end of the six sessions, you’ll receive a written formulation: a summary that captures your journey and helps guide potential next steps for change.
