2 Skinless and boneless Chicken Breasts 500g
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
3 tablespoons of chicken stock or broth. you can also you vegetable stock
Salt and blackpepper to taste
