Together, we'll explore what authentic power truly means. Not the corrupted versions we often witness, but the pure expression that emerges from groundedness and loving awareness. We'll examine what's being activated within us, learn to recognize our survival responses, and discover pathways back to our center.

The session includes an extended metta (loving-kindness) meditation, inviting us to connect with our inner wisdom and contemplate: How am I being called to support our collective evolution toward greater peace, harmony, and understanding?
