Stripping cable out jacket and core wire insulation, the MMCS 300 is a versatile cutting and stripping machine for max. 30 mm² multi-conductor cables, round cables, and flat multi-core cables. The separate stripping blade set design enables flexibility for various industrial cables.

3.7-inch touchscreen with simplified programs, and there are 100 programs available to store different parameters for different cable types, including cutting length, stripping length, cable diameter, etc. Operators can also copy the program to another program and change only a few important parameters to save lots of time, which offers the best user experience.
4.The machine is equipped with 2 blade sets: 1 set of jacket blades to strip cable jackets, and 1 set of core wire blades to strip the core wire insulation. The standard jacket blade set is a ‘’V’’ shape, which is a universal type for most round shape cables, and an optional radius jacket blade set for some not-easy-strip jacket materials such as rubbers, hard PVC, etc. The standard core wire blade set is a flat shape that is universal for max. 18 mm core wire line up width, and an optional teeth blade set. What makes it more flexible is that the operator can turn on/turn off the core wire stripping function freely in the program according to production needs.
5.The blades are made from imported high speed steel that has a longer lifetime up to 12 months (according to production quantity per day).
6.Various detection sensors to ensure the safety operation: auto-stop when the wire is used up; auto-stop when the safety guard is open; auto-stop from external connection signals such as pre-feeders, stackers, and coilers, and a red emergency stop button to stop the machine at once.
7.16-roller with belts driving that makes sure no scratch marks on the cable jacket and wire insulation.
8.Auto roller gap (upper and lower set gap) adjustment in the program, and the gap parameter can also be stored in each program that auto-changes when program No. is changed.
