2 cup plant milk of choice (500 ml)
1 – 2 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

Peanut Butter Chia Pudding (serves 4)
½ cup chia seeds (80g)
2 cup plant milk (500 ml)
¼ cup peanut butter (65 g)
1 – 2 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
½ tsp pure vanilla extract

Lemon & Vanilla Chia Pudding (serves 4)
½ cup chia seeds (80 g)
1 ¾ cups plant milk (425 ml)
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 – 1 ½ tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
3 tbsp toasted coconut flakes, optional

Chocolate Chia Pudding (serves 2-3)
1 ½ cup plant milk (365 ml)
2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips, (melted into the plant milk)
4 tbsp chia seeds (pre-ground if desired)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 – 3 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
Pinch of sea salt
¼ tsp vanilla extract
