Hi friends, welcome back to my channel. Today I am sharing one of my most favorite sweets. Yes it Muthanjan or Rice Kheer. This is slightly different from the regular kheer. Muthanjan is often prepared at home during special occasions, Eid and especially during Muslim weddings.

Muthanjan is rich and creamy and tastes delicious whether it is served hot or cold. I personally like to serve Muthanjan cold after lunch or dinner.
