If you want to crush cravings, balance blood sugar, and finally feel full after meals, you need what I call the Trifecta for Satiety: protein, fat, and fiber.
Here’s why it works:
Protein + fiber slow stomach emptying and keep ghrelin (your hunger hormone) suppressed.
Fat triggers satiety signals in the small intestine to tell your brain you’re not hungry.
Together, they create steady blood sugar, reduce cravings, and keep you energized longer.
This isn’t about cutting calories—it’s about hacking your body chemistry so you can burn fat, build muscle, and age powerfully. A meal that includes all three nutrients helps you avoid spikes and crashes in blood sugar, which is key for fat loss, hormone balance, and long-term metabolic health.
When I build my plate, I aim for 30+ grams of protein and 10+ grams of fiber per meal. This combination makes a world of difference for satiety and stable energy.
