Today is Day 25 and the affirmation is 'I AM RESILIENT'

Here are some tips to building your resilience:

- Accept and embrace all forms of change
- Take decisive actions
- Spend more time understanding your emotions, wants, needs and goals
- Live and express gratitude daily

Repeat this affirmation all day with your head held high and chest open.

R - 60s Air Punches
E - 25 Jumping Squats
S - 25 Glute Bridges
I - 15 Burpees
L - 25 Bicycle Crunches
I - 15 Burpees
E - 25 Jumping Squats
N - 50 Sumo Squats
T - 20 Military Planks

You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.

Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.
