My method of organizing 3,000 jazz records, but can I actually find anything?

Everyone has their own method to the madness of organizing a large vinyl collection. I'll be the first to admit my strategy doesn't make sense, but here it is. My collection consists of 44 IKEA Kallax & Expedit cubes of 12" and 10" records, plus stuff that is piling up on the floor, plus around 300-400 45rpm singles.
