The book "Leadership and Self Deception" by the Arbinger Institute (which I'm not affiliated with) has managed to distill down why we as humans have conflict, and how to stop that conflict.

I'm far from perfect, and feel a little hypocritical in making these videos since I'm so far from consistently applying the concepts taught in the book, but I feel that these are some of the most powerful lessons I could teach my children.

And so I made this for them. For my children and yours. In the hope that we all will be better to others. To see each other as people; not objects, and to stop being so divisive.
