Lanfang Going Imperial (Achievement Run ep2) - Victoria 3 gameplay

Continuing our Minors Not Miners achievement run.

The achievement requires starting as Lanfang, incorporating all of Borneo island, which is North, West and East states. And also having the Compulsory Primary School law, requiring Labour Rights (tier 3 society tech).

In the first episode    • Lanfang Minors Not Miners Achievement...  
we expanded across Borneo, with North Borneo fully under our control now. Leaving just 4 provinces on the island not under our control. We also started colonising.

Now in this episode, it is time to get imperial and seek more pops and goods overseas as we build up to make an independence run.
