About the rbbl: the rbbl, also known as the Backyard Baseball offline league, is a league where coaches draft teams to play against each other's AI defenses. After signing up for the season, weather it'll be the 2001 or 2003 league(or both, if they give them two team), each coach will draft a 9 player team from the pool of Backyard kids, pros and generic kids and also a pick home field. Then, once that's done and over with, they send out their AI defenses to the commissioner that the other coaches will have to play against. Then, everyone will be split up into conferences and even further down in specific divisions that they will be in during the season. In the season, everyone will play against each other's AI defenses and whoever scores the most runs wins(so, for example, if I score a +5 on your AI defense but you score a +10 on mine then you will be the winner of the match up).
Another thing that is worth mentioning is that the home team gets an additional +1 after every 5 runs. This is because the home team gets only 5 innings to score with, as opposed to 6 for the away team.
