Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,087 that's up from last week by plus 68. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week were 231 thats plus 33 this week over last week. Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 298 thats plus 18 from last week, a total of 26 Condos and Townhomes sold this week that's minus 7 week over week.
