The manufacturing process of rubber flat hose is revealed
Rubber flat hose is a kind of pipe with high flexibility and durability, which is widely used in agricultural irrigation, industrial transportation and fire fighting. It has become the first choice of many industries for its excellent performance and convenient use.

1. Raw material selection
The production of rubber flat hose starts with the selection of high-quality raw materials. The braided layer is made of high-strength fibers (such as polyester and nylon), and the fibers are woven onto the hose by a braiding machine. The wound layer is a winding machine that winds fibers or wires around the hose.

5. Vulcanization treatment
Vulcanization is a crucial step in the production process of rubber flat hoses. Vulcanization heats the rubber molecules to form a cross-linked structure, thereby improving the mechanical strength and elasticity of the rubber.

6. Cooling and cutting
After vulcanization, the hose needs to be cooled to keep its shape and size stable. The cooled hose is cut into the required length. According to customer needs, the length of the hose can be customized, ranging from a few meters to dozens of meters.

7. Quality inspection
In order to ensure product quality, each batch of rubber flat hoses must undergo strict quality inspection before leaving the factory. Inspection items include appearance inspection, size measurement, pressure test, wear test and aging test. Only hoses that pass all tests will be allowed to be sold from the factory.
