A Conversation with Artist Doris Salcedo

Renowned Bogotá-based artist Doris Salcedo discusses her process for creating works that speak to a world-wide condition of political violence, and the importance of work from the unknown with Mary Schneider Enriquez, the Houghton Associate Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Harvard Art Museums. Works by Doris Salcedo are part of the special exhibition "Doris Salcedo: The Materiality of Mourning" (November 4, 2016–April 9, 2017) at Harvard Art Museums.
