Members of Parliament’s Natural Resources committee had to wait for close to three hours for the National Coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation General Caleb Akandwanaho aka Gen. Salim Saleh.

Gen Saleh was supposed to explain the basis of his support for Chinese companies including Mango Tree Group that are currently mining sand in Lake Victoria.



However, Gen Saleh who is also the President's younger brother was a no-show and did not give any explanations on why he failed to show up.
