If there was ever a beer that tasted like Luden's Cherry Cough Drops in the best possible way, I think I found it.

Today I'm enjoying my first beer from @wileyrootsbrewing out of Greeley, Colorado known as Cherry Hwhipped Lambo and as the name suggests; it's all about CHERRIES.

This dark maroon concoction is a release from their Ice Cream Truckz series and is a smoothie style sour beer consisting of sweet cherry puree, tart cherry juice, vanilla, milk sugar, and whipped cream for a finishing touch.

Super juicy with sweet cherry cough drop vibes. I'm referring to Luden's cough drops which are the cough drops that actually taste like candy than medicinal. The texture here is like a blended cherry juice more so than a thick milkshake slushy vibe. Very little head on the pour but amazing sweet aroma. The flavor is all cherry with sweet creamy vanilla notes in the blend to smooth out the tartness. It's balanced well as it's not too overly sweet or sour.

It's super easy to have a cherry-on-top kind of day with this brew from Wiley Roots. Cherry lovers shall rejoice over this.
