Genetic high cholesterol is where the LDL receptors in your liver are defective. They don’t receive the cholesterol to help break it down and recycle it as they should. 

What you could do:
• Red yeast extract
• Apple cider vinegar with lemon and water
• Lots of vegetables
• A low cholesterol diet 
• Intermittent fasting
