As our region continues to navigate the health and economic crisis associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, hunger and food insecurity have emerged as critically urgent needs in our community. The number of San Diegans experiencing food insecurity has nearly doubled, now affecting 1 in 4.

During this educational webinar, experts discuss how our San Diego region is meeting the need for food assistance for children and families, the role of schools, where we are falling short, and how a new direction in grantmaking can help fill the gap of missing meals.
