He is not known for his intelligence, as he was deceived by Vahram, leading to one of the most spectacular boss battles in the game. He reigns over the Raging Sea, a sea area affected by the unusual effects of time, causing time and everything to freeze.
When facing him, you'll easily notice that he seems to have control over both the tides, winds and even lightnings. He is the storm master!
