I heard this place was the best BBQ in Europe so we had to try it! There is a surprising reason these guys are putting out perfect BBQ. They have a secret weapon! That being said, this is the most expensive brisket I've ever had, far surpassing Goldee's $36/pound in Texas. As expensive as it was, I left, not with buyers remorse, but wishing I could have ordered more. This place is Brisket Gold!
