Cole presents an in-depth overview of the ISAAC Workflow Platform for AV systems, highlighting its role in unifying control, audio, and video systems into a single, manageable ecosystem. ISAAC is designed to integrate with leading AV platforms, including Medialon, Crestron, Q-SYS, Pixera, and BrightSign, allowing users to streamline access, management, and maintenance of their AV infrastructure. Through a centralized web-based interface, users can monitor system health, schedule media playback, execute automation tasks, and remotely access control panels without requiring extensive technical expertise.
The platform supports multiple connection protocols, including RDP, VNC, and SSH, enabling seamless remote access to AV devices. ISAAC’s scheduling feature allows automated execution of events, such as powering on amplifiers or triggering presets at predefined times, ensuring smooth daily operations. Content management tools within ISAAC facilitate media organization and playback scheduling across different AV zones, providing flexibility for large-scale installations.
For monitoring and maintenance, ISAAC employs SNMP protocols to track network devices, identify connectivity issues, and generate real-time alerts through webhooks, Slack, Teams, or email. The system also includes built-in Node-RED for advanced workflow automation, eliminating the need for separate installations. Designed for on-premise deployment, ISAAC operates independently of cloud services, offering security and reliability for enterprise AV environments.
