Congratulations to our Senior Fashion students Tegan Astani, Molly Fryer, Iris Zhou, and Keiya Fujiwara, whose looks from their collection "Metamorphosis: A Journey Through Mold, Decay, and Birth" were featured on the runway at Los Angeles Fashion Week in March 2024! Our student designers artfully intertwined organic textures, asymmetrical cuts, distressed materials, and ethereal fabrics, capturing the essence of decay, growth, and renewal. This avant-garde spectacle beckons the audience to embrace the beauty inherent in every stage of existence, transcending conventional fashion norms and applauding the cyclical journey that defines the very essence of life. Participating in Los Angeles Fashion Week is just one of the amazing opportunities of the Fashion Design program at Idyllwild Arts, under the leadership of Fashion Department Chair, Project Runway winner Kentaro Kameyama.
