Apartment living or dorm room living can limit your reptile keeping options, but if you have the time and a little bit of space for a pet reptile, perhaps you might want to consider a plains hognose snake. Western hognose snakes come in all sorts of morphs and are tiny and fun to take care of. Corn snakes are another great snake option for small spaces as they do not take up tons of space and enclosure options range from tubs to racks to aquariums or even PVC reptile enclosures. Blue tongue skinks are medium sized and very docile lizards, just absolutely stunning and majestic and one of my very favorite species to take care of. Poison Dart Frogs are amphibians of course but with their bright colours and easy care requirements are amazing pet frogs. Crested geckos like taller spaces and bioactive spaces work well. These geckos might be the king of all small space reptiles!
