Welcome fellow tarnished to the guide that will make all your quest line woes disappear. As in this video i will be showing you how to complete Ranni's questline. Also i have 2 things to apologize for. 1 iv'e got a cold at the moment so i sound stuffy. 2 my mic is loud and it makes the voice quality bad.
