Farali Dahi Bateta Nu Shaak or Gluten Free Potato Yogurt Curry is an easy to make, delicious curry. Ideal for fasting days like Ram Navmi, Shivratri, Navratri or Ekadashi. The yogurt curry base is thickened with some almond flour. Enjoy the curry with some farali puri, thepla or sama khichdi. I love to have it on its own during fasting days. Makes a filling and nutritious meal.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR FARALI DAHI BATETA NU SHAAK

16-18 baby potatoes, boiled and halved
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup almond flour or powder
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
1/2 cup coarse peanut powder, roasted
1-11/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup water
