Green Arrow is a fun character to play, since he has most tools and so many combos and juggles, but he does lack a good wake up and he doesn't have a fast mid. He is one the characters that can actually do a 5 bar combos, with the boxing glove put away for later use. Although his max damage is not that impressive, he does get a lot of damage from every situation and 50/50. This character is viable, so good luck. Enjoy the combos.
