My Addiction and Recovery Story | 6 YEARS SOBER with Cole Chance

This is my addition and sobriety story, my journey through substance addiction and recovery. In this video, you will witness me speak about my alcohol abuse, substance abuse, my relationship with yoga, and how yoga intertwined itself into my life, planting a seed in me, that would have ultimately led me back to the mat. As a functional addict, my life would flow up and down, and towards the end of my addiction, I was disintegrating really quickly, which led to an overdose, that in the end would propel me to surrender to sobriety, and where I eventually met myself and also got back onto the mat.
