Eve Metlis is a multi-million dollar producing Realtor®, and has the #1 TOP PRODUCING TEAM in Watson Realty Corp's Central FL region in 2023 & 2022 in addition to being the top listing agent in her office for the 9th year in a row!

A third generation Florida Realtor®, Eve has over $170,000,000 in closed sales since becoming licensed over eighteen years ago.

Eve specializes in selling single family homes, townhomes, condos, new construction, and works with several Relocation companies, whose clients include Walt Disney World, NBC Universal, Universal Creative, Sea World, State Farm, Coca Cola, USPS, Sam's Club, T-Mobile, Valassis, The Boston Beer Company, Chep, Staples, Havertys , SunTrust, General Motors, AT&T, and Balfour Beatty.

Eve is also certified by SIRVA Relocation and Brookfield Global Relocation to better assist relocating Sellers and Buyers.

Prior to real estate, Eve worked for Universal Orlando in Entertainment Production managing marquee events like Halloween Horror Nights, Mardi Gras, Grad Bash, Rock The Universe, in addition to press and special events. She also worked for Walt Disney World Entertainment in Talent Casting.

In addition to earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Central Florida in 1999, Eve has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation, and is also a Transnational Referral Certified (TRC) agent.

Eve lives in Ocoee with her Husband James “Scottie” O’Bryan and their rescued Labrador-mix, Maggie May.
