We are grateful to Brooksby Equine Rehabilitation Centre and the equine hydrotherapist, Vanessa Hardy, for their involvement in Anatomy In Action.

As part of this equine biomechanics recording project, we painted Sooty, a college horse, and filmed him from above on the aqua treadmill in walk and trot in varying water depths. It is fascinating to study his back movement.
