What are you chasing?

Описание к видео What are you chasing?

The Second Noble Truth explains that the cause of suffering is our natural tendency to constantly seek satisfaction for our desires. Whenever one desire is fulfilled, another arises in its place, leading to an unending cycle of striving to meet our desires, often referred to as samsara or "perpetual wandering." If we are not mindful, even the desire for enlightenment can become another impulse to aimlessly wander through life rather than truly experiencing life as it is. In this dharma talk, Ryūshin Sensei shares some reflections on the practice of zazen and the importance of letting go of a life driven by the pursuit of desires.
