Abhirup Bhattacharjee is currently serving as Assistant Commissioner, Bureau of investigation GST, South Bengal.
He cleared civil service exam twice.
in WBCS 2017 , He secured 37th rank ( department rank 6) and was alloted Assistant commissioner, under integrated West Bengal revenue service.

in WBCS 2018 , IN HIS SECOND ATTEMPT, HE SECURED THE 3rd Rank, and is alloted WBCS (Executive) as Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector.
