In today’s world most foods are kalti and maida based, which is not good for our health. So i decided to try a healthier option using millet noodles and millet pasta, which are completely made from millets and have no maida.

In this video, i made a new healthy fusion recipe by mixing both millet noodles and millet pasta together. I cooked it using healthy vegetables like onion, carrot, curry leaves and tomato. For taste and flavour, i added tomato ketchup, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt and a little mirchi powder for spice.

This recipe is:
✔ high in fiber
✔ good for digestion
✔ healthier than regular noodles
✔ perfect for people who love noodles but want a healthy option

If you love noodles or pasta but want to avoid maida, you should definitely try millet noodles and millet pasta. It is tasty, easy to cook and good for your health.
