Parker is known for its distinctive Western-Victorian downtown and its hometown atmosphere, which it has worked hard to maintain despite its increasing prosperity. Parker has been recognized as a Tree City USA for its outstanding urban forestry for the past 22 years.

One of the nicest places to live in Colorado is Parker, which is located in Douglas County. Parker provides inhabitants with a dense suburban feel, and the majority own their homes. There are numerous parks and coffee cafes in Parker. Parker has a large population of families and young professionals, and its citizens lean conservative.

We believe Parker will have whatever you're looking for. Parker is undoubtedly your sort of place, whether it's because of its historic downtown, parks, trails, and spacious open areas, or because of our cultural arts center and exciting events.

And with that said, here are the top five places to live in Parker, Colorado.
1. The Pinery
2. Canterberry Crossing
3. Stonegate
4. Stroh Ranch
5. Pradera

The Pinery - A village called The Pinery offers wildflowers, wildlife, and mountain views in plenty. Although it is far from the city's bustle, Parker, Castle Rock, and Denver are all nearby. With the mountains just a few hours away, it provides the best of both worlds.

Canterberry Crossing - A neighborhood in the Parker golf complex is called Canterberry Crossing. The neighborhood is situated away from Downtown Parker on Main Street East. Canterberry Crossing is home to Black Bear Golf Course, formerly known as Canterbury Golf Course and now known simply as Black Bear Golf Course. A recreation center featuring a pool, bike, walking trails, and a Black Bear Clubhouse is available at Canterbury Crossing. Canterberry Crossing is made up of several different communities, and the golf course encircles each one.

Stonegate - United States of America's Douglas County administers Stonegate, an unincorporated settlement and census-designated place. The Denver-Aurora-Lakewood, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area includes the CDP. The Stonegate CDP had 8,962 residents according to the 2010 US Census.

Stroh Ranch - One of Parker, Colorado's most prestigious subdivisions is Stroh Ranch, and for good reason. Stroh Ranch boasts the nicest community recreation center in all of Parker and one of the lowest monthly HOA dues.

Pradera - Take Hwy 83 or Parker Road out of Parker and head south; Pradera will be on your right. Pradera is a private golf club community about 5 miles south of Mainstreet in Parker, Colorado. Drive up Bayou Gulch Road and into the area. You can live in the area of Pradera without being gold or social member of the golf club, as it is not a gated community.
